1、 Project Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the business department to carry out pre product management, RFQ, project initiation, and other related tasks;

2. Organize a project team, develop project scope, plan product specifications, and implement change control and updates throughout the process;

3. Discuss and confirm the project schedule with project stakeholders, and monitor the execution of the plan;

4.Follow the company's product development and project management processes, and deliver the required project deliverables;

5. Handling product related anomalies and correcting and preventing them, promoting the product to the mass production stage;

6. Balancing various elements of project management, leading the project team to achieve established project goals (progress, cost, quality, etc.);

7.Complete project closure and necessary continuous improvement management tasks;

8.Proficient in using various project management tools to effectively manage projects;

9. Work required within the scope of responsibilities for other project management positions.

Job requirements:

1. with experience in project management in automotive electronics and other electronic products or industries, proficient in IATF16949 management system and VDA6.3 process audit standards is preferred;

2. At least 2 years of work experience in the electronics industry, with preference given to those with project management experience in automotive electronics；

3.Candidates with PMP certification preferred.

2、 Electrical System Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Complete motor demand analysis based on product specifications, responsible for motor scheme design and selection recommendations;

2. Develop a motor sample testing plan based on the characteristic parameters of the motor product and complete data analysis;

3. Complete the requirement analysis of the electric drive system, lead the overall plan and system architecture design of the electric drive system, and be responsible for reviewing and freezing relevant documents;

4. Lead the performance evaluation of the electric drive system and propose improvement suggestions;

5. Participate in the analysis of motor related problems and propose solutions, and continuously improve and optimize motor solutions for new and old products to enhance product cost-effectiveness;

6. Track the latest progress in motor technology and grasp the development trends of the industrial chain.

Job requirements:

1. Master the working principles, common technical requirements/standards, testing methods and equipment of various types of motors, including but not limited to: ordinary DC motors, stepper motors, DC brushless motors, permanent magnet motors (PMSM), etc;

2. Familiar with the internal structure, component design, production process, and processing equipment of the motor;

3. Familiar with the control principles of synchronous/asynchronous motors, and understand control algorithms such as FOC;

3、 Process  Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of product production processes and standards, as well as the preparation and maintenance of process operation instructions；

2. Responsible for new product trial production, process validation, manufacturability evaluation, verification, and new product introduction；

3. Lead the resolution of issues arising during the trial-to-mass production transition of new products, processes, and materials, formulate improvement plans and measures, and be responsible for the validation of improvements；

4.Track the continuous improvement of product processes to ensure timely resolution of manufacturing process issues that arise during production；

5.According to product design requirements, prepare product process documents to guide normal production on the production line；

6.Promote the implementation of process documents, provide technical training and guidance for production lines, and promptly resolve technical issues arising during production processes.

Job requirements:

1. More than 2 years of relevant work experience, experience in the automotive electronics industry is preferred.

4、Cost  accounting

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product cost accounting, cost module closing, cost analysis reporting, and determining product sales benchmark prices；

2. Establish and improve various rules and regulations related to the company's cost accounting；

3. Participate in formulating and supervising the implementation of the company's cost control plan, providing data support to reduce operating costs for the company；

4.Organize the inventory check of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, identify and solve problems in a timely manner.

Job requirements:

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in accounting, financial management or related fields；

2. Have experience in manufacturing cost accounting, proficient in using financial software；

3. Has a strong concept of cost accounting and understands cost tracing to its source；

4.Good communication skills, responsible, meticulous, executive ability, with team spirit.

5、 SQE supervisor

Job responsibilities:

1. Organize and develop process documents related to supplier quality;

2. Responsible for supplier import audits and developing audit plans for routine audits;

3. Abnormal feedback, supplier improvement and follow-up;

4. Supplier on-site audit and coaching;

5. Handling daily issues with suppliers;

6. Coordinate the daily work of the SQE department, lead and guide the team to complete the work.

Job requirements:

1. Having excellent communication skills and abilities, able to communicate efficiently with suppliers and internal teams;

2. Having the qualification of 16949 internal auditor;

3. Experience in supplier management in the electronics industry.

6、 Quality Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for quality planning for new products and projects, as well as implementing NPI activities;

2. Responsible for handling quality feedback and closed-loop during client development trial production and mass production stages;

3. Responsible for analyzing process anomalies and evaluating the implementation effect of improvement measures;

4. Preparation of product APQP documents;

5. Compile and train inspection personnel for new product finished product inspection work instructions;

6. Customer complaint analysis and 8D report response.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, familiar with the IATF16949 quality management system, and relevant experience in the automotive industry is preferred;

7、 Business manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sales promotion of company products, achieving sales targets according to the marketing plan；

2. Expand new customers and increase product sales coverage；

3. Responsible for collecting market information in the jurisdiction and analyzing competitors；

4. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with various departments of passenger car OEMs to strive for product bidding and implementation；

5.Responsible for signing sales contracts and price negotiations with customers.

Job requirements:

1. Electronics-related major；

2. Experience in passenger vehicle product sales and independent market development.

8、Structural Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for new product development;

2. Output design data according to the process (IATF16949);

3. Review molds and track progress;

4. Responsible for prototype assembly and testing, as well as follow-up on trial production;

5. Responsible for improving and maintaining mass-produced products.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience;

2. Familiar with injection molding/hardware molds and related manufacturing processes, proficient in structural design related software;

3. Experience in designing automotive products is preferred, with strong design problem analysis skills.

4.Good team spirit, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure‌.

9、 SQE  Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily supplier management, feedback on incoming material abnormalities, and tracking of improvement actions；

2. On-site supplier audit and guidance；

3. Supplier quality anomaly responsible for issuing claims；

4.Responsible for supplier quality assessment and evaluation；

5.Other work tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with three or more years of relevant work experience, and candidates with prior experience in the automotive electronics industry are preferred；

2. IATF 16949 training experience or possession of IATF 16949 internal auditor certificate or VDA 6.3 internal auditor certificate.
